I help my clients improve the quality of their life and their relationships! By having a better understanding of how to care for our mental health, learn coping skills, and improve our mindset, hope and progress towards goals are the byproduct.

Being vulnerable is the bravest thing any of us can do. I feel honored to be present with my clients as they work through their barriers, trauma, and anxiety to reach an authentic and fulfilling life. I am committed to providing honest feedback, empathy, and vulnerability as you explore the areas of your life you want to process through. When we create inner change we are able to find fulfillment and healing!

You may be having difficulty with interpersonal relationships, not feel like yourself, or be struggling with big transitions in your life. Counseling can help reduce anxiety by teaching coping skills to give you resilience to stress.

I can give you the skills to manage anxiety, improve self-esteem, cope during times of transition, heal from past trauma, and so much more! Counseling is like going to the gym for your brain, developing and building on skills to help you cope with life and thrive!

I also offer marriage counseling to help my clients have happier and healthier relationships using evidence-based research.
